ABSTRACT SUBMISSION CLOSED BUT YOU CAN STILL REGISTER TO ATTEND ON THE LINKS BELOW
This year our Christmas meeting will be just outside of London on the Egham, Surrey campus of Royal Holloway, University of London on Monday 18th of December.
The Windsor Building (note changed from earlier) can be found on the leafy campus (building on Founder's Square on the campus map). It is a 20 min walk from Egham train station or a 7 min bus (local buses 8,44 and 500, see https://www.firstbus.co.uk/berkshire-thames-valley) or taxi ride. There are regular trains from London Waterloo to Egham, which take 40 mins. You can also park on campus. There is accommodation available at the Travelodge in Egham or The Hub on campus.

Registration on the day opens at 10am, with the first talk session starting at 11am. The meeting will end 5:45, with a drinks reception after.
If you would like to offer a talk or poster the deadline for abstract submission will be by midnight (UK time) on Friday November 10th, 17th (extended) 2023. Please complete the abstract template and email it to avachristmas2023@gmail.com titled: Abstract submission. Please make sure you have registered using the links below before submitting and abstract.
Registration is by Paypal, you do not need a paypal account to use this, simply choose the option to pay by card. You should receive a receipt from paypal (please check your spam folder) but if you do not please email treasurer@theava.net.
Unfortunately fees have had to increase this year due to increased costs.
